I have the app installed everything works but I have lost the boosters

I reinstalled the app. It works, but I lost everything and am back at the beginning!0

Blossom blast won’t load. I am on level 819 and I have 20 shovels 9 gold bars and several water cans. If I delete and reinstall I lose everything t did emailed the company and no response from them. Does anyone have any suggestions.2

Ah so it’s not just me!! Same problem. I’m on iPhone iOS 12.12 but I think this happened before I updated to iOS 12.12. I’m into the 500 levels and I’m disappointed. I’m not on fb and only just join the king community. HELP KING it’s part of my daily routine lol2
