Blossom Blast won’t load on iOS.

When I try to load Blossom Blast, all I get is the orange King screen. No white dots or loading % Any ideas how i can solve this? Im using an iPad and my other King games open with no problem. Thanks.

Hi guys,

Great news! Our Tech Team has released new version that are already available for your mobile devices. All you need to do is go and update the game to solve the problem and start playing again

I have reinstalled a couple times this past week. All it does it stay on the orange King screen & then goes away. No game! What’s going on King???

yesterday after the notification of hours of free striped candy came out, I was not able to access it. Now the screen is still frozen. And I’m going to lose my daily bonus after over 90 days because I cannot get in!!

Same problem here for almost a week now. I sent message to support days ago and still no response. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it worked but as soon as you close the app again it goes back to just showing the king intro and crashing and closing.

It’s not loading past the orange ‘king’ page though so unable to use this advice! I lost everything by reinstalling, had loads of extras too ... it’s been crashing for a while now which I complained about numerous times and now this!! It’s frustrating

Over the past week, I've deleted and re-downloaded the game at least 5 times. It keeps "freezing" and not allowing me to play. While my progress has been saved each time, unfortunately it's robbed me of all of my "extras" which is a total bummer. Please advise. Getting so frustrating that I'm thinking of deleting and not playing at all.

I agree this is a king problem do not play the game of installing and reinstalling because it dont work I have played this game for 2years spent 50 dollars total at level 819 have 20 shovels 15 water cans 9 paint pallets lost 9 gold Bars all the above for free All before the freeze out tip you may have to play the same level 20 to 30 times over but it works so you dont have to spend money on this game because that what this company wants you to do please pass this on to other players

Please don’t continue to tell people to reinstall the app when that does not work and is only resulting in lost progress and boosters. This is clearly an issue with King, despite them not addressing it.

Reinstalling the app only works for the first time you play once you get off and then try to play again it only brings up the orange king screen. If you are signed into the game you start at the same level you were on but you lose all your lives and boosters.😞

Hi, I reinstalled the app and lost everything!! Had to restart from level 1 ... today I’m back at square 1 and the app won’t load/open

I am frustrated at the problems with blossom blast, please fix this. I don’t want to lose my progress as others here have stated. If I uninstall and lose my progress with the reinstall I will also stop playing.

I am having same issues and it is beginning to be a pain. Every time i delete the app and reinstall I can only play at that time and then when i go back to play again all i get is the orange king screen. Please fix this problem.

Ditto. I reinstalled and went back to the right level but lost all of my boosters that included about 80+ shovels. Played a few games then it died again. This happened after the iOS upgrade and BB one.
I’m going to lose interest and delete the game for good if they don’t fix it soon 🤷‍♀️

The game studio has been notified about these issues with opening the game. But as it's the holiday season the fix may take some time. Please keep your game up to date so you won't miss any implemented fixes.

In the meantime reinstalling the game app may help. But please note that your unsaved games, saved boosters and lives tend to disappear in the process.

I'm having the same problem as everyone on here. I don't want to delete the app then download it again as I will loose everything and end up back at the beginning again. This happened before to me and I downloaded the game again and was gutted it started at level 1 again. So I won't be doing it again.
Please get this sorted as I only had problems once I updated the app.

i see lots of comments saying answered but I don’t see any answers for fixing this. I have latest iOS update. I get the orange screen then it closes, but if I move it, I can see where I’m supposed to be.

BTW- I had deleted then reinstalled the game, losing over a year of level progress 😖

I have the same problem. I have joined the king community because it says you can maintain your current level if you’re a member if you need to delete the app and reinstall it. How would I do this now please? Can anyone help?
