when I used to get on this game,Blossom Blast!! I would connect with Internet people and when the game asked me to sign onto Facebook, I did but then I got out now I’m not getting any lives. What can I do?

I am level 1313, and the entire time I have been playing this game, I have always wondered what’s the difference of getting 1,2, or 3 star? There is no incentive to strive for 3 star since I don’t see getting anything but higher points.
What happened to my friends. i had a few and we were exchanging lives and they all dissappeared. any ideas how to get friends back
