I haven’t been able to process any purchases - it reverts back to the initial screen - never lets me buy lives. I can purchase books etc…without issue. Has anyone else had this problem?

I would like to help you and show you a suitable article from our 📕Help Center. There are specific troubleshooting measures for each platform (Android, iOS, and Windows). Currently I only know that purchases on Facebook usually fail. This is a known issue, so I recommend always playing in an app that you can download from your store. When you reach level 100 in the game, you will receive a daily reward (booster) in the app. I've never had to buy anything in this game. If I'm stuck on a level for a long time, I first watch videos on YouTube. In addition, I collect my daily reward for a few days to use on difficult levels.
