I'm on level 830 the line goes by itself it doesn't let me play the line's it just goes by itself it pick the flowers and I'm losing my point and have to wait to get back my numbers

I am level 1313, and the entire time I have been playing this game, I have always wondered what’s the difference of getting 1,2, or 3 star? There is no incentive to strive for 3 star since I don’t see getting anything but higher points.
