Adds and music

Hi, after a recent update of the game, not the last one, I can no longer play any music app in the background of any King game. I have tried every solution offered on the internet and through AI.

Also, at least 90% of the the advertisement fails to play. The entire screen goes black and I have to «hard» close the game and restart. All settings have been tried to avoid both problems, but nothing helps.

is there anything in the recent updates blocking me?

I have tried the steps for advertisement, and all other known to google and AI, yet it is not resolved and happens inn all my games from King

Some games are currently experiencing glitches when playing with sound/music. The studio is aware of this and is working on a solution.

Regarding the issue of "advertising" not playing correctly or freezing, please try our standard troubleshooting steps:

Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.Memory: Keep at least 2GB free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache:
🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Friends Saga > Storage > Clear Cache
🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
📟️ Amazon Kindle: Menu > Choose Settings > Clear All Cookies Data
As a last resort, you can try reinstall the app.
