Audio and ads for more turns

after latest update, opening the game stops my audio. I usually play while listening to an audiobook. But if I have Audible, Spotify, or Libby on, it immediately stops it. This is new. I have 2 devices, an old iPhone 8 and iPhone 13 mini. Happens on both. Also, on iPhone 13 mini, no more option to play ads for extra turns. Still available on iPhone 8. What’s up with this update? Are these bugs or intentional?

I also lost all of my gifted lives in might mailbox as well after logging back in.

I tried doing a hard restart. And then I deleted and re-downloaded the app. I have the latest iOS. It’s still not giving me the option.

Hi @smc7882 I don't know what the cause could be. If your iPhone 13 mini has enough storage and plenty of RAM, you could try our other standard troubleshooting steps:

Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.Updates:

Check that you have the latest game and device updates.

As a last resort, you can try reinstall the app. After reinstalling, log back into your account and see if anything has improved. Please only try reinstalling after you've collected your Day 7 daily bonus; otherwise, you'll start back at Day 1.

Don't worry about your boosters being deleted. Blossom Blast Saga is one of the games that stores its boosters on King's servers. Therefore, your boosters will be synchronized across your account, regardless of which device you use to collect them.

thank you for your response regarding the audio. As for the ads, I have plenty of space so that’s not the issue. It only stated in the past week or so. What else could it be?

The audio problem is known and has been reported. We are awaiting a solution. I will inform you as soon as I learn anything about it.

Regarding the ads, it could be due to one of your devices that you are not seeing them. Please ensure that you have at least 2 GB of free storage space on your device and a stable internet connection.
