Hi.. My game has stopped loading.. I m on level 1128..plz help.. I have cleared all the cache files n restart my mobile but still its not loading..0

If i uninstall the game n again install will i be able to be in the same level.0

@Tanaya_Borkakoti I'm not sure if you will lose your level or not. I got a new phone and I lost all of my boosters. But I kept my level. Just be aware you might lose your boosters but I think you will stay on the same level. Once though I was playing Candy Crush and I went from like level 700 to level 1 for an uninstall so I guess there's no guarantee. But that was a long time ago, I'm sure they've improved that by now. Still I lost a ton of boosters just by switching phones, that seems kind of unreal to me.1

Hi @Tanaya_Borkakoti as long your game synch to King account or Facebook you won’t loose your progress whenever you do reinstalling, but you will somehow loosing your boosters as they stored locally on your device.1
