Hello @Susana1974! I'm Paula and I belong to Blossom development team, nice to meet you! I've seen your screenshot and you should definitely have your rewards unlocked. Let's try something! Scroll down in the map and play again level 4. That's the level where the Shovel should be unlocked. If completing that level works, do the same for levels 35 and 51

Let me know what happens!

I do not know why in the game I do not unlock the aids and the rewards when I win something I do not receive them.

Hola no se si alguien me puede ayudar...llevo tiempo jugando a este juego y es el único que el cual no me desbloquea ninguna ayuda y las recompensas no las recibo..creo lo voy a dejar de jugar.

Hi again @Npanda Are you trying to say that your life restores time is now 1 hour instead of 30 minutes? Or your lives do not restore at all?

So the problem be not cleared.
I mean the life is not recovery in 30 min

But you have 1 new id it will be 30 min recovery life.
