wild cards

i have wild cards at the bottom of my screen but there is also a message saying wild cards cannot be used at this level. How do I get to a level where I can use them?

! Thanks for sharing your issue.
We noticed something was wrong for players being in the last level and having wild cards, so it should be fixed in the update you will get on Thursday.
Let us know how it looks after the update!

Before entering the level it should say which level to play. If you're having trouble with the feature, a quick screenshot of how it looks like to you would help.
