Hello buzzy friends!
Sometimes it's the awesome volume of lives sent by all our players across the network what causes this. In this case, there's little I can do- the game studios are looking into it but I cannot tell you when this will be solved.
But first, let's see if there is a connection problem which keeps you from receiving these lives. Here area few steps to troubleshoot most connection issues: First, try disconnecting your game from Facebook or Kingdom by logging out of the Settings menu. Now close all apps and turn off your device. Turn it off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again. Then check for updates to your device and apps.
Now clear the cache of the game in the following order: Settings> Apps> Game name> Clear cache. Make sure the time, date, and time zone are correct on your device as well. Make sure you are within range of a wireless router. If you are using mobile data, make sure that this is enabled correctly in Settings> Mobile data. Join the game again, reconnect to Facebook or Kingdom and try to request lives again.
