Lost progress of my game can you retrieve please?

I have lost progress of blossom blast. I was in the 800's. It has now gone back to beginning.

I cannot access anything on game, log in Facebook or email not working.

My internet is working fine.

Please please help.

I'll be glad to help you. You say you cannot log into Facebook in the game or into your King account? Do you get any error message when you try? If so, what does it say?

Yes. Message says in both...

Hello @flappetybat and thanks for the screenshot- I've edited it a bit so that you don't show your email address publicly.

Please try out these few steps for Android and these steps for Apple first as they usually solve this kind of connection issues.

Hi. Thabks for your help but still no success.

Have uninstalled and reinstalled but nope nothing.

Cannot connect to Facebook, king account or Google. 😭
