I figured it out! Here are the steps:
1. Open a new message or reply.
2. Click on the icon in the lower left corner (it looks like a backward letter "P"). This will open a menu of four symbols.
3. Click on the quotation mark symbol. This will give you a dropdown menu in which you will find the word "spoiler."
4. Click on the word "spoiler" and it will open up the box in which you can type the response that you want hidden.
