But still nothing. Hereis my id # again as requested. I see no dot in the numbers. I was told there should be. So idk. Any help would be appreciated.

I've given your Player ID to the Community Moderator who will provide it to the technical team. They will look at your account to see if there is something causing your boosters to be locked.
Your ID is fine. The last time you provided it there was a . in it so I wasn't sure if it was correct.
