@trulyannette , firstly try to see if you game is up to date log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this resolves your issue.
If not The new Android update has created some problems for some players.
If you lost your current level be sure to post a message below with your player ID so your account can be looked at and corrected.
Since it's the weekend, it probably won't happen before Monday. But go ahead and post your info.
To find your player ID, go to your profile in your game app. Double tap on the King symbol and your ID will appear.

I lost my levels
I was over level 1000

hey, my mum is an avid player of blossom blast saga and she was on level 1000+ and yesterday everything was fine, she went through many app updates and OS updates on her phone and never lost her levels and suddenly today she was back at level one, and it turns out that even though i used my own Fb to keep her levels in case she moved phones it wasn't saving any levels for her after level 101. help

I updated blossom blast saga yesterday and I lost my current levels which is 16XX and downgraded to level 4XX!
Besides, there's something wrong with the resolution too.
The new update is so awful and jerky. Bring back the original version.
