Well, it's definitely not the way it's supposed to work so it's probably safest to assume that it will happen again. If you can play the level on king.com (just checked that the level's working properly there) I'd do that rather than wait for a fix.

Without a screenshot or video it's kinda difficult to assess exactly what happened. Did you meet the minimum score (74000) for example? I don't think there have been any other complaints about the level not allowing advancement so it's a bit premature to be casting accusations of incompetence around especially as thousands…

The first timed level in this real game of yours comes at number 10. Timed levels are every bit as much part of the real game as any other kind. There are plenty of other games available if you hate this one so much.
