@Kazza-3 It appears that you have been opted out from the challenge. Could you double check your in-game settings and check how your "Features" look like? Could you add a screenshot of that area here? Thanks again :) The instructions on how to access your "Features" is mentioned earlier in this thread.

Hi again @hamna For investigation it would be amazing if you could give some basic technical information: - Game app version number - Make and model of the device you're using - Which Android operating system you're using (you should be able to find it from your settings) Also could you clarify if this happens all the time…

@nesa9359 could you check if you can load the game by using an incognito / private browser window? You can open one from the browser settings or by right clicking the browser icon. Let me know how it goes! :)

Our game studio continues to work on several aspects of the game: Some changes to the game, like sugar stars, are graphics to increase the visual enjoyment of the game.
