  • It could be a memory issue. The more games/apps you have open the more the memory is being taken up. I've never had or heard of this issue so I don't think it's the games.   • Usually you have to log out & log back in (if you haven't already tried that). Or uninstall/reinstall but that would result in you losing all your boosters and lives given and also clearing the cache or data, but clearing the data definitely results in losing boosters lives etc., I was going to say log out of Facebook but…

  • Don't use booster Maybe I did use a booster, oops, because I went back to the level, unchecked all 3 boosters, game went all the way through for the first time after playing it several times. But I sure hope it's not this way for all levels after the update cuz I love the boosters. Thanks for your tip!

  • Don't use booster Maybe you got lucky. I didn't use boosters on my last umpteenth attemp and the game still crashes even when they said they fixed it, it did not fix at all.

  • I went on the computer and passed it through FB on line. No further problems with the levels after. Glad you at least got through the level!! However it's very slow & irritating on the laptop. But cheers to you! ✌

  • I know that the prizes changed recently so you only get boosters and maybe unlimited lives now. Did you get anything at all? You can go back in and play again I guess if you were knocked off of the throne. No, wrong, not a throne, was not playing soda, was playing candy crush.

  • Hi Santos ha Jackson, Thank you for contacting King Care! Your piggy bank fills up at 60 Gold Bars it doesn't go beyond that even if you don't buy it so once you buy the piggy bank it sets back to zero to refill again. Hope this helps! Jilly

  • Hello PowerNRG, Thank you for contacting King Care ! Since boosters are stored locally, anytime you uninstall and reinstall the app your boosters will be gone because they are only stored locally unlike the other options. Hope this helps! Jilly
