Do you mean your friend request invite link? If so: so copy it and send it to the person you want to invite. They just have to click on the link and accept your request.

I'd use old levels to fill my chocolate box and build up my boosters and gold to easily win the next episode race.

You'll get downgraded to the first chocolate box and have to work your way back up to the the gold one.

You need to play events which award gold to get it. Chocolate boxes, top that, episode races, dice of destiny.
