Asking friends occurs when you run out of lives. For help with a level, post in the appropriate game thread (Pet Rescue, Candy Crush, etc.) and someone will help you.

Well, apparently that's not it as there are still new un-played levels and it has stopped working again.

I may have figured this out; I guess time will tell. It appears to work when there are new levels but not when there are only "random" levels.

Having issues with in game purchases for boosters. Takes my money but doesn't update the game with gold bars/boosters. Had to call MS Support for a refund. . . twice. Also, caused me to miss out of completing a game.๐ซ Update: was just able to make a small purchase and it worked this time so I'm guessing an intermittentโฆ

They really do look like strawberries but they are supposed to be chillies (peppers).
