200k is really the high limit, and honestly probably cannot be sustained. Morganleeoregon has stated that a good target is 180k per hour to be able to win. The best way to tell whether someone is a likely cheater is to just do the math on the score. If someone is not scoring more than 200,000 per hour, giving at least 4 hours for sleep each day, then it is a reasonable score that can be legitimately achieved and is probably not a cheater. It seems from the screenshot like the lagging referred to is the device getting stuck - the screen freezing.
