For All Stars (and for most of the other smaller in-game tournaments), everyone is competing together. There is no distinction on levels in the group you are playing against in any given stage. @cookiemae I am sure they could still add us. It can't be that hard, software-wise. Since there is a second qualifier that starts on March 24, we could simply be added to participate in the second qualifier. They can still do it - if they don't, it's because they chose to not add us, not because they are unable to add us.
