Yes, this is a special reward only for players who has completed the level! We did have some serve issue earlier which has been fixed but might have affected this, can you restart your device and give it another try and see if you can claim the rearward?

This was my bad Monica as I had misunderstood Petes issue 😣 in his case, the level is a puzzle and it only goes to Oops if you fail the puzzle. To make sure I understand your issue, the game gave you the error message as soon as you opened these levels, without ever making a move?

I'm sorry they haven't replied back to your messages so let me poke them one more time and keep an eye on your game 😉
