Do you connect to Facebook or the Kingdom? Check for updates for the app and your device. Do a restart too. If you´re still stuck, then reinstall the app (but save your progress first by connecting to either your Facebook or your Kingdom).

Hey Kathy, Did you pass by now? I´ve heard that clearing cache on PC while being on a roadblock can set the timer back to 0. By the way, was this for Soda Saga or for Candy Crush Saga?

Hey Sandra, Clear cache on your PC and do a restart. Open 1 tab in Google Chrome and try playing there. On PC you can play up till level 185.

Hey Natalie, Why did you lose all your progress? Didn´t you play connected to your Facebook or your Kingdom account? A lot can depend on what tablet you play; the games evolve and if your device is 4 to 5 years old by now, then you might start to have problems running games on it.
