There´s been more about this level on here; https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/level-1364-on-candy-crash I think it's normal that people are positive in their comments on a game under 100 levels. 1364 is really another level of Candy Crush Saga and I believe it isn't supposed to be easy anymore at that stage.

I think the best thing to do is to first check for updates for your mobile and all installed apps. Restart your mobile afterwards and check the available memory too. When I had my device running low on memory, it shut down any game I tried to play.
