Hi! Thanks for reporting this. Could you please check if you’re on the latest game version (10.10.1.0)? If so, would you mind trying to log out and back in? Please don’t delete the game, as your boosters can't be restored. It would also really help to know which device model you’re playing on.

Hi Karen! Just so I can better understand what happened, did you delete the game at any point? Please note that boosters and streaks are tied to the device, so if the game is deleted, that progress unfortunately can’t be restored. For that reason, we usually recommend deleting the game only as a last resort.
