What model do you have? There's a chance there's been a recent update to the game that your phone does not support, hence why you could install it before.

That's because they're only stored locally, the same goes for boosters. It's only your progress and gold bars that get synced to Facebook. If you want them on your iPad you need to request from it and click on the FB notifications on it too.

Ah ok, in that case you'll need to complete the rest of the levels in the Easter Bunny Hills section in Candy Crush. The levels should be available once you've passed level 80.

Is your tablet connected to the internet or do you play offline? The 72hrs timer is normal if you're at a roadblocks but have to say I've never seen it from one level to the next, that's super strange. Depends, which level is locked from in your Dreamland and how far have you progressed in the regular saga?

Since all boosters are only stored locally on the device, doing a fresh install will inevitably wipe out your items. If you got them for free you can forget about them but for anything you've paid for you can use the "Restore Purchases" in the game settings.
