When you say bonus, do you mean the Jackpot on the wheel? The problem with the Jackpot Prize is that visually it gives you a false hope that you have a 1 in 8 chance of landing on it, but its obviously not the case and is more likely to be the same odds as winning the lottery by the looks of it!

Which special event are you talking about exactly? Keep in mind that not all special events and live ops get released to each platform, sometimes its just on FB & King.com and other times just on Mobile and Tablet.

What browser are you using? First things first is to clear cache & cookies and make sure your Flash Player is current and up to date. Once you've done that open on the game again and test it, if it's the same try playing in a different browser to quickly rule out a browser related problem.

It normally does that if you have the FB app on your tablet and it's already connected to a profile. You'll have to disconnect FB from the game, log out of the FB app and sign back in with the other profile. I wouldn't recommend it though as it's not a function to log into multiple accounts.
