That is probably why it says you are at level 1. If he logs out of Facebook you should find your progress when you're logging in. Have you tried logging in via your King account and can you find your progress there?

Hi there @Ribellita The ads feature is part of a test group. This means that some players will see ads and some players won't. We have no influence on this; groups of players who will or won't see ads can be changed by the Game Studio. I understand that it sounds unfair, I've never had ads in my game either. Players areβ¦
