Try another browser maybe? It could be Chrome altogether that's the issue. Maybe even check your wi-fi connection.

If the app is crashing I often recommend restarting your mobile, making sure that you have enough free memory and ram that your phone isn't full. This is the first place to start.

The app isn't loading properly? I recommend that you check for an app update or clear out your mobile memory. Maybe even just a simple restart, its worth a try. It is a shame about the unlimited lives though :(

You mean the button, the little pop up it's not reacting? I'm not sure what you can do there, maybe it's a flash player issue (the program the game uses to run) Check this out, maybe try the game in another browser, see if you have some luck there. 

I think you're pretty lucky if you are getting credited for free items. I've seen a lot of cases where free items are not compensated for with Candy Crush etc. I think you can still enjoy the game no?

If it runs on Android then he should have 705 levels but if it's Google then it will still only have 665, I haven't seen the update for this yet.
