On Facebook you can only accept lives when you first open the game. In other words, if you close or refresh the game then the envelope will disappear. Maybe this is the issue?

If you have transferred your progress from another account then you only need to log out from facebook in the candy crush app, then log out of the account in the facebook app and log into the right account. Go back to candy crush and click to connect again. This should bring across your progress :)

The next episode isn't on mobile yet, its only on Facebook. It's normally a few weeks between the release so you won't have to wait too long hopefully.

If I read this correctly, then you were on level 545 on facebook and then you connected your mobile and now when you go back to facebook, you're at level 30? If you have seen other players posting then surely it's better just to add a comment there. I'm sure with the hundreds of posts on here that King are aware of it, so it will be arranged eventually. I think it would be better if we kept all posts together so we can see how many of us are affected.

If you check you will see that in all King games, the levels get released on facebook first and then on mobile. There's normally a week or so difference. There is nothing you can do from your end only keep an eye out for a game update.

I see a lot of players on youtube passing levels without using boosters etc. Just think, you've played over 1000 levels. These are for candy crush professionals, its no easy task reaching this number so of course it's gonna be difficult from here on.
