Hey Siti, this promotion wasn't handed out to all players so there are quite a lot of us who don't have it either. Just keep your fingers crossed that you get the next one!

I thought you were gonna say you were 'ripped off' financially. I don't think you can say the same thing when it's free lives though. If you delete saved information then you always run the risk of loosing items in the game. You lives will refill automatically so it's all good :)

You're probably not in the test group, it seems that normally the promos and features etc don't get handed out to all players. It was the same with the daily challenge and some of the promo's in candy crush as well. 

Jeez, how much time do you need, haha. If you rescued 200 pets in the 3 days, then that's 72 hours gone, so that's where your lives went no?

Right now, the levels after 1197 are only on facebook. I'm guessing they should be on mobile pretty soon though :)

It could be your phone, I don't have any issues at all with the game my end. How much space do you have free in your memory? Try and clean up your phone a little, don't instantly blame the app, try and resolve it from your side :)

I have no idea... what does it say when you click to open the link? Maybe this will tell you. Google it and see what comes up. I think you're better off asking how to allow things in Web Root. Try their support pages.
