This is quite common. There was a busy thread and a comment from a moderator here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/why-did-my-boosters-disappear Basically lives and boosters are not transferable as they are attached to your phone and can be lost.

The app works fine for me, I just checked it out for you. What phone do you have? Do you have enough space in your memory? Your lives will refill automatically, its more important to find out whats causing the crash first. 

If its a server error then its something that is wrong on King's side of things. Probably a temporary issue. Maybe you can try to connect to the Kingdom to save your progress/get help etc. Its the little orange button with the crowns in it. 

It's not a mistake. It happens all the time. King change the levels and update them, which then makes all of the videos online obsolete. If ever I get stuck now, I always search for the most recent video posted. You will normally find that it will be a different version to the ones you have seen.

It's not possible I'm sorry to say. Your boosters are stored in your phone so its not like your gold and level progress. 

I remember this. It was just a hat, for your avatar in the game. That was it, haha. So you didn't miss out on too much.

I haven't ever heard of an 'unlimited episode passage' Where did you get this from? I know you can pay gold bars or wait, but its only ever paying for 1 at a time. For your friend though, you won't be able to pay in their game as the app is linked only to your payment account. 

Have you checked the site for answers? It's normally good to try and find another post as maybe someone else has posted some help on here. But yeah, do you have Adobe flash installed and updated, do you have a lot of memory free. Things like this are vital to check when apps/games crash.
