What does the end screen say (the little pop up that appears when you pass or fail) This should let you know why you didn't pass the level. Post up a screenshot if you want, I can take a look and try to help.

Hmm, do you have a lot of other apps open when you're playing. If so, try closing them all and opening up Candy Crush first.

There are always levels that are different on mobile to how they are on Facebook. I play a lot of the games and it goes for all King games. Sometimes you will find out that passing a level on mobile is easier than facebook or vice versa. I think when I passed it, it must have been different with the bubbles. Post a…

Okay, have you tried something simple like closing all apps and restarting your iPad to clear out your phone cache. Also, are you buying them when you're at 0 or at 5?

There is no help to be had sorry Ghada! The levels aren't available so you will have to wait for the next update. If you don't wanna play on Facebook then just wait for the game to update. 

Did you email King directly? This is a community site so here its mainly players answering players :) If you lost your progress and gold bars, then you have lost your connection to Facebook/Kingdom. So in the app just click on the button of whichever one you were connected with and it will re-connect and return your game. 

If I ever have issues with a game freezing up the first thing I do is force close it and restart my phone, always. This has worked for me quite a bit.
