If your higher level is saved on Facebook then you're fine to delete the game and reinstall it. Once you have the app installed again you can connect and the progress will be safe. It might work so give it a try. 

This happens to us all. You just have to play the level again to pass it, there's not much else you can do I'm sorry.

Its not impossible! Head on over to youtube and you will see that a lot of people have passed this level. I envy them, haha. But still you can always pick up tips by watching what these people do.
