  • How did you save your progress on your old phone? The best way is to connect it to a Kingdom account (the little orange crown button) in the game. Just put in an email and password and then when you go to your new Kindle put in the same details in the app. This will transfer the game over :)

  • That's how I play as well. I don't keep any gold stored up just in case that happens. I just buy when I need them :) Sometimes luck is all you need in this game, I have my fingers crossed that you can pass this level!

  • Try just restarting your tablet, or clearing the cache if you can. One other thing to check is that you have some free space in your memory or the games won't run smoothly.

  • How do you save your progress, facebook or kingdom? Follow the steps here on your iPad if you're on Facebook: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qrmBWnonwtE For Kingdom just make sure that you are logged into the account on the iPhone and then log out and in again on the iPad.

  • If you're connected with Facebook then your progress will be saved so it's quite safe to delete the game and reinstall it. I can't think of what else you can do for this issue. It's strange if you're logged in and it keeps going to facebook as if you're not. Can you clear the cache of your tablet and restart it? Maybe give…
