Hey Maria! Open up the app and in the settings you will see a button called 'restore purchases' if you click this then it will restore an items that you have paid for that have gone missing, been deleted if you deleted the app etc. 

Are you trying to connect with a wi-fi connection or using 3g? I know if the servers get busy at certain times of the day then my connection will drop as well but I would check out the wi-fi issue for sure. 

Hey Rufio, don't quote me on it but I'm sure that this was an old issue that was fixed in a recent update. The only thing you need to do is head over to the app store and download the latest version. Hopefully then it should allow you to collect the sugar drops.

I don't think so sorry. If the app connects with facebook it will recognise the highest level, so even now if he reconnects to his account the game will still think he is playing this higher level. 

I can't believe your friends on King.Com won't help you out. Do you play on facebook, might be a little easier on there to pick up some tickets etc.

Did you both download the latest updates, for the app and any software that might be available for your phones. It's strange how it's on both of them. Do you both have a lot of free memory on the phones?

Did you pass it in the end? I didn't get chance to play it so I have no idea how difficult or easy it was etc

Hey, don't panic. This is the last level that you can play on your Kindle right now as the new update isn't out yet. You will just have to wait for some new levels :)
