Have you changed the time on your mobile at all? The game clock is linked so this could be the reason. Other than this I would say to delete the game to see if that helps (if you don't mind losing your boosters that is)

It doesn't get added to everyone's game. Keep your fingers crossed that you get one of the future promotions!

Of course there is skill involved. The choices you make in moving candies determines the outcome so you have to be skillful in your moves. Like you said you'll pass it eventually and in a few weeks you won't ever remember the level!

My recommendation for this issue: Clear out the phone cache by force closing the app and restarting. Then make sure that your mobile memory isn't full up as this can affect the running of the game. Try these and see how you get on.
