I've read something similar in other posts on the site. It seems the general rule is to make sure that your phone is running smoothly. My tips: Make sure you have the latest updates for the app/phone and then clear your phone cache (you'll have to google this one sorry) and then try again :)

That's not good news Joan! What are you playing on, Facebook, mobile? Did you lose your connection to Facebook or delete the game or something? Let us know. 

I think its just a case of easy levels/difficult levels. I can't see anyone being able to change your levels based on how you pay. It's all part of the game journey, some levels you fly past and others can drive you crazy.

Hmm, are they old messages, like extra moves for levels you have passed maybe? Do you have the latest version of the app. I can only recommend clearing your phone cache or checking the app store for an update. If they are old messages maybe they are like boosters and they can't be saved in the game so they have been…

I'm guessing it's not a roadblock? Do you play on facebook or mobile, because if its mobile maybe you just need the latest version of the app. If its facebook, can you post a picture here because I'm not quite sure what the issue could be.

From what I know the only King game available on windows mobile right now is candy crush. I haven't heard of anything about soda coming soon sorry. 

If you paid for them then click on the restore purchases button in the mobile app settings :) If you didn't pay for them then I'm sorry to say it but they are stored on your phone and not in the game so you can't get them back :(
