  • The in-game promos/contests are only given to a random number of players so not everyone will have them in their game. I think its just unlucky that you haven't had any of them. I missed out on the last green candy challenge for example, but then I had the one before!

  • It's nice to have some fresh new levels to play though right? Even if you're waiting for a new episode. I really hope these are the kind of things that they will introduce into more of the games, little live events etc.
  • I haven't ever heard of a way. I know that your progress is specific to your account to stop you transferring it around to other players etc so based on that I don't think you can swap it to another Facebook account. It's a shame, you should have created a new page for the like page. Can you change it back? 
  • The game should recognise the higher level that you are on. So just go to settings then synchronising/connect to Facebook button and go from there. This should work for you. 
  • I have seen this before. It seems to be a temporary server issue where the game is trying to connect but it can't. I'm not sure there is anything you can do from your side other than check you have the latest version of the app, phone software etc.

  • If you uninstall the app you lose all your boosters, it's just how the app is. If you paid for anything then in the settings you can click to restore your purchases but if they were freebies you had saved up then I'm sorry to say but they are gone.
