  • I know from experience that this can happen now and then. The only thing you can really do is make sure that your phone or computer or whatever you are using is up to date with updates, software etc. Free up the memory, keep it running smoothly and hopefully you will stop this happening so often. 
  • It sounds then like it could be an internet/server issue if its only connects at a certain time of the day. I hear a lot about how when the traffic picks up at peak times then it can affect net speed and connections etc. 
  • I was only passing forward some info that might have been helpful. This is a community site so its place for players. You can try the live chat option if you're looking to speak to someone at King. 
  • I'm guessing you're talking about your kingdom profile right? So you the game tells you that you have a trophy but then in the little box above it still says 0? Mine has a few on there. Have you checked again like a few hours later, maybe it just needs time to update.
  • It's a roadblock right? So you have the normal options like sending out requests for help to facebook/kingdom friends, waiting a certain number of hours of paying gold bars to pass it. Is this what you mean? Have you tried these options?

  • I think it takes a little longer than a few days to make a set of new levels ;) haha. But honestly, I couldn't tell you. Your best bet is to check out the Facebook page. They seem to post more information about levels etc: https://www.facebook.com/CandyCrushSodaSaga
  • The boosters are not saved or synchronized between facebook and the mobile game. The mobile apps don't seem to save boosters for any games. I mean unless you paid for them then you can restore your purchases in the settings for the app. I have started to use boosters when I get them as its better than losing them. 
  • I'm not sure what the cause of that could be, it's strange that you can only click on the little settings cog. Maybe go here and check you have the latest version: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ The games run on flash so it could be related to this, check it out.
