Did you actually get tickets, or did your friends send them and you didn't receive them? Yeah, I saw a few more posts about this so I'm guessing there was a bit of an issue and they took down the promo. Fingers crossed it will be back next week!

I'm sure that on the facebook version you can type in their name right. It's a shame it's not on mobile as well. Just send them out to all, you have more chance of racking up lives then, haha. 

There are a lot more, like 1560 on Facebook. I guess it depends what tablet you have, could be that the update of levels hasn't been released yet. Check your app store :)

It might be something to do with your browser settings. I would check another browser, maybe download Google chrome and see if the game works fine there. Then you will know if it's your normal browser or not. Let me know :) 

If the app is freezing then normally it is recommended that you restart your phone, then clear out your memory and cache and try again. You should also try to close all your other apps when you play :)

Hey Jake, if you didn't save your game with Facebook or Kingdom then it's not possible to transfer your progress. If you did then you only need to log in on your new phone and the levels will transfer over.
