@Wuyi the event is limited to a small number of players for that reason some people won't be able to get the events. King is fix this so more people can get the characters.

Some of those were hard a tip I found was to use the rainbow last. Double rainbows help slot.

The bubblegum troll was only open to a few players you had to pass levels for 2 weeks you can update the game but that won't mean you will get the events. I think king wanted to try the character out.
