Hi Barbara, yes sometimes with a new event, not all will receive it. They first do a testing on the event. Hopefully you will be able to receive it soon. Please be sure that your game is up to date. π€

Awww my sweet Traci, that makes more sense regarding the piggy bank. With the Chocolate box I only had that once. I was a happy camper to see my points were not wasted. But then it went poof and away it went. Maybe it will come back. π
