On my phone there's an 'Episode Race' that gold bars can be won. It's in the section where I can find the F5 team, daily sticker, daily spin & weekly calendar, seems I'm a lucky one to have these. Hopefully you'll get it soon.

Most of what's been mentioned about F5 teams has been said. Just kinda wish they could log off & log back on, for the points is helpful. At least I'll know they're still Crushing & haven't quit.
