agree. It does feel deliberate sometimes. Really frustrating when people don’t complete tiles that don’t form a line or a row or worse tell you to free your tile but they don’t complete any themselves. The game admins seem reluctant to do anything about it

Have emailed. Very frustrating. 59 gold bars is not nearly enough. If the accounts are saved it should be a simple procedure to reinstate the lost potions. All they are doing is driving people away from playing the game.
