Usually, dragons are a handy tool. Now they are obstructionist. They are getting hung up and preventing the progress up the screen. Please help!
That's exactly what my game is doing on facebook and king.com. I play on a desktop with Windows and I use Firefox. I haven't been able to play BW2 in a couple of weeks because of this. Apparently they only support playing it on "a mobile device" and no longer care about anyone else,

Hi @piconera I am glad you are back to playing your game just keep your eye out and if you start getting any issues it will be because you are not playing via a mobile as BW2 is only kept up date and supported for mobile users we don't support the use or issues experienced on other devices 👍
I'm in a Windows PC using the web browser version in Chrome at king.com/play/bubblewitch2, no installation required! This started a few days back. I have tested it on another Window PC with Chrome and got the same issue!! I just tested it on Mozilla Firefox and works!!! All the other games work in Chrome tho?

Please uninstall your game
Reinstall your game on a mobile device only non Facebook
play1 level then log out and turn your device off and on
If your levels have not restored tell us what level you was on and we will manually restore them.
We are offering generous surprise rewards to be added to your account as our way of sorry.
Upon reinstall Add your game ID even if you're levels restore or not so we can say sorry.
If you play BW3 also then please go HERE to post any BW3 loading/freezing issue for advice on what to do

I played AlphaBetty on fb until I ran out of levels. I loved that game. I recently started Diamond Digger on fb again to make up for Blossom Blast not working anymore.

The only King games I play on the mobile are Alpha Betty and Pet Rescue Saga, not recently because of update issues. I do play Diamond Digger on the mobile and king.com, which I know will be going away at some point. I did try Candy Crush Soda on the mobile, but I experienced random crashing do to iOS 10.3.3 and/or the iPad being 4th generation, and because of that I will not be be playing BWS2 in case the same thing happens there. I will continue to play what I play on the mobile and, on King.com: Farm Heroes Super Saga, Farms Heroes Saga, Candy Crush, Candy Crush Soda, Papa Pear and Diamond Digger.
I'll keep play Papa Pear Saga...until King screws that up too.
If the games are not supported on the computer, you should take them down.
They don't care about us, the people who play on our computers, even tho I've been playing for YEEEEEARS!!! If they don't support the computer version, we shouldn't be able to play it.

I'm having the same issue and I only play on King.com. I mainly play in Chrome, but checked the game in Edge and it did the same thing. I know they are no longer putting new levels on the PC version, but I hope they fix this as I was planing to keep playing until I got to last PC version level.
I don't think I was that high on my levels but I'm not positive. I tried BW3 and didn't like it. Too many side games and weird things going on. Also, I don't like playing games on my phone and I don't have room for them anyway, but thanks.

Yes it will have been as the last supported level was 4490 after this you would experience many problems all levels after that will only be supported on a mobile. I get how it has made you feel as it sounds like you loved the game 😔
Would you not consider may be downloading BW3 on a pc but go via the Microsoft store though and not face book.
It has some of your known features plus many new ones it really is a great game 👍⭐

Me too....the dragons are hit and then they are hovering in the middle of the screen and It won't move up.....very annoying.
I have rebooted my phone and updated everything I can...no luck..please help

I'm stuck on a dragon level too. They're lodged at the bottom of the screen so I can't scroll up to clear the top of the board 😩

I have checked this for you all with our studio they have come back and said this is a known bug and it can happen at random levels.
They are working on it and will produce a fix as soon as possible.
Your patience is appreciated as complex fixes can sometimes take a while.

Having the same issue with the dragons on a few levels I have tried. I am now stuck on level 3257 due to the glitch. Just letting you know.
Level 4511 is frozen. The dragons never move to allow the game to progress.
I am stuck on level 3605 because of the dragons!!
I also tried using the Fire Ball 🔥 as well as the rainbow bubble to try to get rid of the Dragons in BW2 and those didn't work either. Will there be any kind of replacements of them? Thanks!
I tried using the fireball and other potions on them also (BW2) Nothing seems to shift them once they hatch.
would be good if players showed up my screen i get people saying lets work on this row but knowone is playing seems a bit strange to me
