BW2 game won't load. only the background pic.

Are you using a pc and playing through Facebook if so this is why as BW2 is no longer supported this way.

You can now only play using a mobile device through king 👍

Good afternoon, I play BW2 and I was beyond the 1200 stages and everything disappeared, 
I had to restart the game. I'm in phase 218 but I don't see my friends and 
I don't have any messages or answers to my requests for life. What happened?

For the past few months, I have been unable to access the game. It starts to load, and then, freezes with a small square in the upper lefthand corner. Clicking out of the game is the only way to get out. On a whim, I tried it two days ago, and the game loaded right away. I have been able to play all the way to this afternoon, and then, I tried to go back into the game a few minutes ago, and it is back to that same error screen. Is there a trick?

How about you follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (Computer) or try playing in an incognito window better that I hope you can playing this game. 😊

If you have followed these steps of Crashing/Freezing issue already but still have issues with getting this game to load fully on your PC, you click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they help you but it taken longer. 😉

Unfortunately their team cannot fix this issue possible with PC but you can also download this game if you have playing mobile device. Then you can continue saving your progress (save your current level) with Facebook/King Account. Gold Bars and your current progress can still transferred but boosters, saved lives and events cannot be transferred with any devices.

I have playing Diamond Diaries Saga has nothing major issues like Crashing, Level Bugs and another issues with mobile device but give up to play with PC too. 😉
