I am registered. Luckily, I didn't sync my phone with my laptop so I have saved it on the phone.

Hi @MirnaMi Thank you for following my advice That's good to hear and now you will be all ok and don't need to do anything once BW2 has officially moved to mobile because you are already there 😀👍⭐

I'm having BW2 issues too. I've been playing for years and don't know my level. One day I'm in the middle of team play and the next I'm at Level 1. On my other King games I save my progress on the app through Settings. Can't do that on BW2. Help!

Sorry to hear you are having trouble

Your progress can be saved if you are connected

Please select on the home page before you open the game the settings cog wheel bottom left

then select the icon above the red one you will then see this screen

Please follow the steps and your progress will be saved
