How do I get my progress back after having to delete my app

You have lost your progress or all played levels?
If you suddenly are back to level 1 or the game has been lost, check here how to get it restored. Visit also our Help Center for more articles on the same topic here.
If it's still not worked, you click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you but it taken longer. 😉

Hi!
After my game did not work anymore, i. e. the actual level (5048) opened, but there were no bubbles but only the background graphics, the witch and the cat. According to the recommendations in "Help" I restarted the game and even my mobile several times, but there was no change. Therefore I did the step that I originally wanted to avoid, i. e. I deinstalled and reinstalled the game. After that, there happened exactly what I feared before: All my lives (50), my boosters, my elixirs except 1 red, 1 yellow and 1 blue are lost, and the possibility of producing the big yellow elixir is "soon available", although luckily my collected bubbles remained. Furthermore, I sent a lot of enquiries for new lives to my friends, but there is no reaction, i. e. the inbox remains empty. Also the former international friends are not there anymore.
I really enjoy this game very much, but under these circumstances it is simply boring and more than disappointing, that now nearly everything is lost.
For your info: My app as well as the version of my mobile (iPhone) are actual.
I hope you can help me to bring back my game to the status it had before reinstalling.

Hi @Christiane1960 Unfortunately a reinstall will loose your items as they are saved to your device and not the game
However if any items had been purchased and not earned free from challenges then please use the contact us tab below to claim them back
We can not replenish any lost boosters here in the community 👍⭐

Thank you for this information. No, my items were not purchased ones but earned from challenges. So I will have no other choice than to try to earn new ones. In any case now at least I know how the situation is, and for that I thank you very much.
